On 15th June 2020, West Oxfordshire District Council Planning committee resolved to grant planning approval for 50 dwellings, associated landscaping and infrastructure pursuant to Outline Planning Permission 16/04234/OUT for Land at Witney Road. North Leigh, Oxfordshire.

The Noble Consultancy provided architectural support and planning advice to Bewley Homes in support of a detailed reserved matters application.
