Toby has over 18 years experience in the residential development industry. Toby has learned from the ground up, being exposed to all aspects of the planning and technical drawing process. Having started his career as an architectural CAD technician, Toby focused on the the more technical aspects of residential development. His skills and experience have allowed him to move into a planning management role with a broad knowledge of everything related to the residential design industry.
Toby’s experience in both planning and technical positions he has given him to the opportunity to work on a significant number of large-scale projects across the country. This has included bespoke £1m pound houses, large scale technical working packages for over 800 dwellings and obtaining planning approvals for developments of 10 houses to over 450 houses.
His unique ability is to fully understand a clients brief and provide time and cost time effective solutions for projects by coordinating tasks across the business, ensuring every task is delivered to the highest of standards, on time and to budget.
Spending time with family is a priority. Toby has a strong interest in music, concerts and cycling at an amateur level. His future goals are to compete in Tough Mudder and complete a Half Marathon.
